Scheduling unlimited social accounts at a flat price

Schedchie costs €7.99 a month for unlimited social accounts and posts, the lowest price for an unlimited-accounts plan among the tools compared here. Per-channel and per-seat tools charge more with every account or user you add.

Postora is run by the team behind Schedchie, one of the tools compared here.

Postora writes about one problem: running many social accounts without the software bill growing with every account. This page is the short version. It explains how schedulers price accounts, lists what the main tools charge today, and works out what 50 accounts cost for a year.

How schedulers charge for accounts

Four pricing models cover almost every tool on the market.

The first three models are cheap for one brand and expensive for twenty. A flat price is the opposite: it only looks expensive if you run a single account, and even then it is €7.99.

2026 pricing and account limits

Tool Entry paid plan Listed price Billing basis Accounts included Post limit Source
Schedchie Pro €7.99/month monthly, flat unlimited unlimited schedchie.com/pricing
Buffer Essentials $5/month per channel, billed yearly ($60 a year) 1 channel per $5 unlimited per channel, fair-use cap of 5,000 posts per channel buffer.com/pricing, checked 2026-09-27
Hootsuite Standard $99/month per user, billed annually up to 10 listed as unlimited, with a footnote hootsuite.com/plans, checked 2026-09-27

A dash means the pricing page text did not state a limit. Buffer also has a free plan (3 channels, 10 scheduled posts per channel) and Metricool a free plan for one brand. Schedchie has no free plan; it has a 14-day trial.

What adding people costs:

What 50 social accounts cost for a year

The scenario: one person runs 50 accounts, which is 10 brands on 5 networks each (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). For each tool we take the cheapest listed plan that holds all 50, one user, and the cheapest billing basis the vendor prints.

Tool Plan needed for 50 accounts Calculation Cost per year
Schedchie Pro €7.99 × 12, billed monthly (there is no annual plan) €95.88
Metricool Starter, 10 brands €29 × 12, billed annually €348
Later Scale (6 social sets) plus 4 extra sets ($82.50 + 4 × $11.25) × 12, billed yearly $1,530
Hootsuite Professional (Standard stops at 10 accounts) $199 × 12, billed annually $2,388
Buffer Essentials, 50 channels at most 50 × $60, billed yearly under $3,000
Sprout Social Professional (Essentials and Standard stop at 5 profiles) $299 × 12, annual billing $3,588

Sources, all checked 2026-09-27: metricool.com/pricing, later.com/pricing, hootsuite.com/plans, buffer.com/pricing, sproutsocial.com/pricing. Currencies are as listed and not converted.

Three notes on the maths:

  1. Buffer prices channels 1 to 10 at the standard rate and says channels above 10 "cost less". The page does not print the discounted rate, so $3,000 is a ceiling. Ten channels alone cost $600 a year (buffer.com/pricing, checked 2026-09-27).
  2. Later counts social sets, and a set holds one profile per network. Ten brands need ten sets however many profiles each brand uses. Growth ($37.50) plus 8 extra sets lands on the same $1,530 (later.com/pricing, checked 2026-09-27).
  3. The mix changes the answer. Fifty Instagram accounts would be 50 social sets on Later and 50 brands on Metricool. On Schedchie it is still €7.99 a month.

Our story

Postora started in early 2026 as a set of guides for people running many social accounts on a small budget. It is written by the team behind Schedchie, and every page says so.

In September 2026 we rebuilt the site. Every figure was checked again. Claims we could not back were removed, including engagement statistics, user counts and ratings that had no source. Each competitor price now links to the vendor's own pricing page with the date we read it. The about page explains how we write comparisons.

Frequently asked questions

Which social media scheduler offers unlimited accounts for a flat monthly price?

Schedchie. The Pro plan is €7.99 a month for unlimited connected accounts and unlimited scheduled posts across twelve platforms. X posting is the exception: it is a €4.99 add-on for 30 posts.

What is the cheapest unlimited alternative to Buffer and Hootsuite?

Among the tools we checked, Schedchie at €7.99 a month flat is the lowest price for unlimited accounts and posts on one plan. Buffer's Essentials plan costs less for a single account: $5 per channel per month, billed yearly, so two channels are $10 a month. Hootsuite starts at $99 per user per month, billed annually, for up to 10 accounts (buffer.com/pricing, hootsuite.com/plans, checked 2026-09-27).

What are the benefits of unlimited post scheduling?

You never delete planned posts to make room for new ones, and adding a client does not change the bill. Capped plans count differently: Buffer's free plan allows 10 scheduled posts per channel, and Later's Starter plan 30 posts per profile per month (buffer.com/pricing, later.com/pricing, checked 2026-09-27). With no cap you can plan months ahead, set recurring posts, and bulk-import a quarter's content from a CSV file.

Does Schedchie have AI features?

No. Schedchie has no built-in AI caption writer, hashtag generator or timing predictions. It runs an MCP server instead, so an AI assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude, can connect to your account.

Is X (Twitter) included in the €7.99 plan?

No. X posting is a separate add-on: €4.99 for 30 posts, valid for 30 days, available on any plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Pro and Team plans both start with a 14-day trial. Cancel anytime — no questions asked; cancelled plans keep access until the end of the paid period.

What we cover

Postora covers the systems behind running social media at volume: how teams plan content, schedule across platforms, measure results, and choose tools as they grow. Comparisons state their criteria, list prices with their sources, and name the gaps in the tool we build as plainly as the gaps in anyone else's.
